Korean Veterans are Celebrating 50 years since the end of the Korean War

  Galion Elks Lodge #1191 presents the flag for raising.

Guest Speaker Dr. Jay Haar, MD, MPH a Psychiatrist practicing in Mansfield was a young boy in Korea during the war. He was able to now thank those Korean War Vets and gave a salute to those soldiers to finish his speech.
 
The Korean United Methodist Ladies Choir from Mansfield sang The Korean National Anthem in their native language.   Folks came out inspite of the threatening weather and on a Tuesday morning to honor the Veterans.
The Saint Joseph School Cantors did a fine job singing a selection of patriotic songs.
 
Dr. Haar and VFW Post 4329 Commander Ledford Stigall place the wreath at the monument while Army veteran Charles Coleman plays Amazing Grace.
  
  Chaplain Donald Crego, VFW Post 4329 gives the Benediction.
