The VFW has been very helpfull in supporting the troops with phone cards.
We take item donations, cash donations for shipping, any support that anyone is willing to give is great, and very much appreciated!!!
We have 5 military personel on our list at this time (Feb, 2006). Anyone who knows of someone in the military and would like them to be added to our list, please let us know. All are welcome to attend the support group to help share, support, pray and give encouragement to the troops and families. We try to get updates about the situation and our troops and share that in our meetings. We encourage anyone who has a heart for the troops--(does not have to be family)---to be involved.
Please Drop off your donation at 202 Grant Street, Galion Ohio 44833
Care packages are sent to troops overseas, but also to troops serving stateside--as we believe that all troops need to be encouraged and supported. Cards and letters are also sent.
