The Zimmerman Building, attached to the old hotel, has been purchased by the hotel developer and will also have new apartments above. The two store fronts below will remain. Thus the other building in disrepair is being saved. |

| Five Apartments have been pushed to be finished first. They are the ones in the B-Unit. They are shooting for 20 to be done by March 1st, 2005. | The floor will have skylights over the dining area. |

The new construction will be vinyl sided. The parking for the apartments should be better now that the adjoining Zimmerman Building has been added by the developer. |
